Honeycomb weaves are used for the groundwork and figuring. Large and bold designs are usual to show up the cellular appearance of the weaves. Qualities vary. A standard cloth is made 52 ends and 44 picks per inch, 2/14's weft, 2/18's warp, soft yarns.
